ANGLOSOL CEMENT 1200

This is a pre-mixed, clear cement solution based on solvents. It comprises acrylic polymer and methyl methacrylate monomer dissolved in solvents. ANGLOSOL CEMENT 1200 solidifies as the solvent is absorbed or evaporates, leaving polymer residue within the joint. Additionally, the solvent softens the surfaces being joined, facilitating their fusion, which then hardens as the solvent penetrates the base material. This cement has been specially developed to address issues commonly associated with solvent-based cements, such as rapid drying and surface "skinning."

It is a versatile, single-part cement suitable for general fabrication tasks where high bond strength is not a strict requirement, typically for indoor applications. ANGLOSOL CEMENT 1200 is compatible with joining items made from acrylic polymers as well as cast acrylic. Please note that it should not be used for outdoor applications and is not compatible with acrylic grades ME, acrylic SW, or acrylic AG. It is also not recommended for laminating cast acrylic sheets, as it may lead to eventual crazing

Quickly and easily applied directly from the bottle, Anglosol 1200 will permanently bond acrylic.
