Horse Stable Mirrors
Our acrylic horse stable mirrors are designed to improve the wellbeing of horses kept in isolation. These mirrors address common stress-related behaviours, such as box-walking, weaving and cribbing. By installing a horse mirror in your stable, you can help alleviate the feelings of loneliness and boredom that often accompany solitary confinement.
Horses are social animals and thrive on companionship. When isolated, their behaviour deteriorates, leading to unwanted habits and stress. Our equestrian mirrors provide a calming atmosphere by providing a visual friend for your horse. Improve your horse’s mental health and overall quality of life with our acrylic mirrors.

Why Choose Our Acrylic Equestrian Mirrors?
Our equestrian mirrors are the ideal choice for maintaining the comfort of your horse when you’re not able to be with them. Our mirrors are 17 times more impact-resistant than glass, making them safe and reliable. They are easy to install and customise, ensuring a perfect fit for any stable or trailer setup.
Customisation and Ordering:
We offer bespoke acrylic horse mirrors tailored to your needs. Whether you want a standard size or unique shape, our acrylic sheets can be cut to your exact dimensions. Our quotation calculator can determine costs in millimetres, centimetres or metres. For any sizes or thicknesses not listed, please contact us for a bespoke order.
Colours
We offer a multitude of colours, from lighter tones with optimal visibility to darker hues for a tinted view. For the best visibility, we recommend choosing a silver mirror. If you are unsure which colour to choose, simply order a sample first.
Sizing
Our mirrors are available in various shapes including square, rectangular and discs. You can choose between two thickness options: 3 mm and 5 mm. In addition, our stable mirrors have a maximum length of 3040 mm and a maximum width of 2020 mm.
Additional Features
Once you have imputed the correct measurements, you can choose from a range of customisable features. These include polished or unpolished edges, radius corners, screw holes, packs of screws and covers, polish and cleaners, and adhesives.
Pricing
We provide both acrylic and aluminium composite mirrors, as well as singular and two-way mirrors. Our disc mirrors start at 28p, while square and rectangular sheets start at 19p.
Installation Process:
For optimal results, mount your acrylic mirror on a flat, moisture-resistant surface like MDF or plywood. Ensure the backing plate is larger than the acrylic mirror to accommodate any potential warping. Secure the backing plate to a solid wall with wall plugs or between joists in timber stables. Cover any exposed screws with plastic caps to prevent injury. Proper installation helps ensure longevity and safety for your horse.
Maintenance:
To keep your acrylic horse mirror in top condition, clean it regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or high-pressure washers to prevent damage. Inspect the mirror for cracks or scratches, and ensure all fittings are secure. If you notice any issues with the mirror or its installation, address them promptly to maintain a safe environment for your horse.
